Scientifically, iron oxide, or essentially rust, covers the surface of the red planet Mars.
Millions of years ago, iron in the rocks oxidized, and global dust storms kicked that rusty debris into the atmosphere. As a result, it created the vibrant backdrop that is generating major buzz across music blogs and social media groups.
