Interview | Questions And Answers With Gary L
Today we are joined by Gary L, on Cordel’s production team, he has worked with the likes of Frank Sinatra to Fleetwood Mac.

Hi Gary a pleasure,

Gary – Same to you

So tell us how did it start?

Gary – I was on the set of a movie and **** (can’t reveal name due to embargo) played me Cordel, I was stunned. I knew he was going to take over, so I jumped on board, now we have an incredible album, you wait until you hear Broken.

That’s truly amazing, how is it working with Cordel?

Gary – Incredible, I moved all my gear from the US to London and we’ve been rolling ever since, the albums we have are nothing short of Grammy takeover level.

So what’s your role in the group?

Gary – I work on ambient production to fill the tracks with an Orchestra etc, I also help Cordel with the Film soundtracks we’re doing for release this year, I think I’m allowed to say that. Those tracks are hits in themselves, don’t be surprised if Cordel wipes the floor with everyone. I played him to ********* and ******** they worship him now. Hilarious.

Excellent, best moment so far?

Gary – Sitting behind the desk and hearing Cordel’s voice come through, this is the best artist I’ve ever recorded, he has everything. He will make his own world and we will live in it. He walks into the studio like Frank; they’re humble but they know they can deliver.

Can we talk about what you’re doing in the studio right now? (There are multiple familiar faces)

At this point, Gary summons over Cordel’s manager who says without hesitation no, but soon.

Last question Gary; where do you see yourself in 3 months?

Gary – To answer, possibly touring the world, its about to blow up. You won’t believe what’s coming. The beast is nearly released haha.

Thank you Gary, next up someone very special, stay tuned.
