DØBER Drops Dancefloor-Ready Track “Come Over” Ft. Crime Zcene
Dutch producer and Protocol veteran DØBER is back on Nicky Romero’s Protocol Recordings with “Come Over,” a new Jackin’ House-inspired track for which he teamed up with Crime Zcene. The single opens with a sultry, autotuned vocal riff that builds anticipation into a grimy, groovy drop with a bouncy bassline and digitized synths. “Come Over” is the perfect track to heat things up on the dancefloor and is sure to be a hit in sets during this spring’s upcoming festival season. It follows DØBER’s recent remix of Monocule & Leo Stannard’s “Stargazing,” Jack Wins & SHELLS’ “Heartbreak,” and his original single “Can’t Stop” with Vice Vrsa. Crime Zcene is known for his releases on STMPD RCRDS, Revealed, and also his work with Tim van Werd on “On Your Side” on Protocol.
Founded by Nicky Romero, Protocol Recordings is one of the leading imprints for innovative electronic dance music. It boasts a roster of heavy hitters, complemented with immensely talented up-and-comers such as Thomas Gold, Deniz Koyu, Teamworx, Futuristic Polar Bears, Trilane, Marcus Santoro, Stadiumx, Tim van Werd, and Nicky Romero himself, to name a few. All with a diverse range of sounds that are guaranteed to light up a dance floor. Among them is DØBER, who draws his inspiration from artists such as Dogblood, ZHU, and Gesaffelstein, promising plenty of dark, hard-hitting tunes to add to the label’s repertoire. He followed his 2020’s debut “Twisted” EP with a remix for Deniz Koyu’s “Next To You,” Seeb’s “Sad In Scandinavia,” and original works, such as “Silence” with Monocule, “Focus” with Almero, “Bounce” with RayRay, or his solo original “Somebody,” quickly becoming one of the label’s leading artists.

Disco-House Duo 2Awake Debuts On KSHMR’s Dharma Label
2Awake just dropped their debut single, “Wanna See You Dance,” on KSHMR’s Dharma imprint, giving an intriguing first taste of the newly formed duo’s sonic style. The track kicks off with a deep bassline and groovy melodies, adding the title namesake’s auto-tuned vocals to make for a catchy feel-good, and Disco-inspired tune.
The total package gives some Daft Punk vibes for the modern era, while 2Awake maintains a unique style that can’t be replicated. “Wanna See You Dance” will fit in perfectly at a club or festival, getting dancers to their feet and on the floor.
2Awake’s fresh take on classic electronic sounds draws influence from other genres such as RnB, Hip Hop, and Latin music, so I can’t wait to see what they come up with next.
Before forming 2Awake, Jonny Chiappetta and Carlos Herrera were already making waves in the electronic music scene. This duo may be new, but the artists behind it are seasoned veterans who have played at some of the world’s most iconic venues and festivals, including Tomorrowland, Ultra Europe, ADE, and many more.
With support from some of the biggest names in the industry, including KSHMR, Yves V, Klaas, Wolfpack, DJ Soda, and Sevenn, their songs have been played by DJs around the world and streamed over 50 million times. All of this promises a strong start for 2Awake, and their musical diversity and proven talent make them a band to watch.
