DVJ King Arthur
ASPIRING ASTRONAUT SKYROCKETS DJ CAREER

From his home base of Puerto Rico, self manufactured EDM robot DVJ KING ARTHUR is progressively taking theuniverse by storm. Starting with a dream of becoming an astronaut, he became a mechanical engineer and ultimately used his expertise to create his signature robotic DJ suits and spaceship booths.

People go crazy at his shows and this did not go unnoticed!

Latin Grammy‘s, a notable performance at Electric Daisy Carnival Puerto Rico 2012, 2013 and 2015, Latin Billboards, Univision and sharing the stage with globally recognised superstars such as Ricky Martin, Wisyn y Yandel, Chris Brown, Pitbull, Steve Aoki, Nervo, Deorroand R3hab are among his accolades.

Now he is proud to present his new album ‘REACTOR’. The album contains a whopping 12 tracks loaded with EDM, Melbourne, Gaming and Electro House. A musical journey with a futuristic and robotic theme.

DVJ KING ARTHUR: “Taking over the universe is not an easy task; especially if you live on a small island in the Caribbean. Passion means everything to me; I’m a one man army pushing my music since the millennium. I quit my job as a mechanical engineer to fully focus on my career as an artist, such as DJing, music production, mechanical engineering, manufacturing and graphic design.

Reactor will be released on my own label Electroactive Records; it takes you through space and time as you will see in the upcoming music videos. As a gift I will give away 3 free tracks to my fans in my website. There will also be a Remix competition for one of the tracks of the album.

To launch the album properly, I will perform at Electric Holiday a big event in Puerto Rico (about 20,000 people attending) by Buena Vibra Group and HA! Music. I will be sharing the stage with Hardwell, Dannic, Mayor Lazer, Showtek, Carnage + many more.”

So let’s see what’s on the album!

DVJ King Arthur (Ft. Damian Pinto) – Event Horizon
Damian is the Voice of Ultra Music Festival around the world. His voice is so epic that it made him the perfect artist to open the album. An Event Horizon is the point of no return entering a Black Hole in the center of the galaxy. A place where the laws of life are broken. A place where not even light its able to escape.

DVJ King Arthur (Ft. Jazelle Paris) – Time Warp
Jazelle beautiful voice guides you during this energy rush as time gets warped falling inside the black hole. She has worked previously with big names like: Cee Lo Green and Far
East Movement.

DVJ King Arthur (Ft. Candela Cibrian) – Interstellar
Candela’s vocals explain the reason of his interstellar journey traveling to the other side of the galaxy visiting some planets along the way.

DVJ King Arthur (Ft. Mickey Shiloh) – Dreams
Mickey’s vocals describe how we fall in love as we encounter life on other planets. Mickey has a impressive background working with Janet Jackson, Britney Spears, Cassie, Iggy Azalea, JLo, Ray J and Pitbull.

DVJ King Arthur – Reactor
This is the main track of the album making it the engine of this album. Having a LOT of
energy to make people jump all over the universe.

DVJ King Arthur – Chain Reaction
Right after entering the Event Horizon a high energy chain reaction occurs in our reactor that will make you bounce
taking us out of our flight path into uncharted territory encountering new planets with stellar
sounds.
DVJ King Arthur – Chop Chop
A sonic description as we encounter problems on a strange planet and have to escape from
problematic life forms.

DVJ King Arthur – Spaceflight
A musical journey as we warp at high speed into the unknown from one planet to another.

DVJ King Arthur – Living Life
Living life as we arrive in a tropical paradise. Take time to stretch the legs and relax before
taking off to continue our journey.

DVJ King Arthur – Ctrl Alt Del
A big bass electro track describes our journey as we travel through a worm hole to the final exit.

DVJ King Arthur – Nova
All the rush is gone after we arrive at the aftermath of a super nova explosion.

DVJ King Arthur – Arcade Club
The last track of the album. We found a small robot playing video games in our ship. Raving with this gaming inspired track with a heavy baseline.

Innovation is the best word that describes Valentino Khan‘s EP, ‘French Fried’. This 4-track material is filled with dance floor rhythms. A new addition to the Mad Decent family you won’t want to miss. Best of all, it’s now available on all streaming platforms.

According to the producer himself, the whole tracks are inspired by French artists that set an important precedent in America’s electronic music. More specifically, he’s borrowing a similar sonic aesthetic by the likes of Gesaffelstein and SebastiAn. In fact, this European stylistic trend represents an influence in Valentino’s edgy sound and vision to date.

You Can’t Get Bored! Mou5ZyZZ Unleashes “Melbourne Overdose”

Published

Melbourne Overdose
Listening to music is a good thing to do when you’re bored. Of course, I would only recommend infectious tunes like “Melbourne Overdose”. This is the latest single from the one and only, Mou5ZyZZ in collaboration with Yago Music. The American DJ and producer experiments for the very first time with a subgenre of Electro House known as Melbourne Bounce.

On the one hand, pumping minimal beats, sidechained synths, and lively drops are the highlights here. While on the other, vocals match the high-level production. On a side note, compelling lyrics fantasize about hooking up with a stranger and the mystery that this implies.

Out now via Mou5 Chee5e Records, this fresh jam makes you want to do the shuffle dance, so put your foot forward and keep spinning non-stop. Get ready to distract your mind from boredom and stream in full “Melbourne Overdose” right away.

DØBER Returns To Protocol With Riding Tech/Electro-Influenced "Tear The Roof"
DØBER is back on Protocol with his new single “Tear The Roof”, a party-ready track that follows up on his debut “Twisted” EP from earlier this year. The release received a strong welcome, amassing over 130k streams on Spotify since its release on February 14th. The newcomer’s propensity for intense club music, that toes the line between electro and tech-house, is once again evident in the form of heavy percussive synths over a driving bassline and distorted, catchy vocals. “Tear The Roof” is uniquely different from previous tracks “Make It Better” and “Losing My Mind,” which channeled more groovy and trap influences, respectively, indicating that DØBER has more up his sleeve than meets the eye.

Nicky Romero and the Protocol crew can always be counted on for cutting-edge new music, melding a variety of genres for exciting and unexpected sounds. Their latest additions feel right at home with that mantra, bringing a fusion of tech-house and electro sound with plenty of grooves to the table. DØBER joins a full roster of talented producers such as Thomas Gold, Deniz Koyu, Marc Benjamin, Teamworx, Maximals, and more. The talented newcomer draws his inspiration from artists such as Dogblood, ZHU, and Gesaffelstein, promising plenty of dark, hard-hitting tunes to add to the label’s repertoire. Protocol’s mixture of veteran heavyweights and fresh new talent makes for some of the most exciting releases in the game, along with the unlimited potential for collaborations. We look forward to more releases from DØBER and the rest of the Protocol team coming soon!

Let Barong Family Transport You To The Crazy Nightlife Of Thailand With This Album!

Let Barong Family Transport You To The Crazy Nightlife Of Thailand With This Album!
After a three-part series of mini-releases, Barong Family‘s highly anticipated ‘Hard in Bangkok’ LP is finally out in full force! Although travel is limited for many listeners right now, the album will whisk you away to Thailand’s capital city, where 14 artists of the Barong crew gathered to hang out, exchange ideas, and as a result of the production camp, made new music. “Hard in Bangkok” brims with its spirit, from the cacophonous and frenzied theme of hardstyle-influenced, hard-hitting tracks like “Tom Yam Disco” from Sihk and Stoltenhoff to the down-and-dirty, booty-shaking vibe of RayRay and Crisis Era’s “Naughty.” There’s even “BKK to LA,” which is Rawtek & LNY TNZ’s trap answer to vocal bass. Yellow Claw makes appearances on four tracks, opening with “Supernoize,” that opened the album’s tracklist and announced it as a single release back in January; following up with “Beat Your Mother” featuring Radical Redemption and Lil Texas, “Let There Be Bass” with Dither, as well as “Free Your Mind” with Crisis Era. Barong Family pulled off a label-wide album with flying colors, and we can’t wait to see what exotic location inspires their next one!

Jim Taihuttu and Nils Rondhuis are the talented duo behind Yellow Claw, the electronic music artist project that has been changing the game in bass music since 2013. Their heavy, hip-hop-influenced, and club-ready sound began on their early tracks like “DJ Turn It Up” and “In My Room” ft. Ty Dolla $ign & Tyga – which collectively are about to surpass 300M streams on Spotify alone and both have been certified Gold. Yellow Claw’s 2015’s debut album “Blood For Mercy” hit #1 on Billboard’s Heat Seekers Chart, Top Dance/Electronic Albums Chart, and scored an Edison Award – the Dutch equivalent of GRAMMY. They haven’t slowed down since, with a packed tour calendar that included last year’s epic takeover of the LA’s iconic Shrine Auditorium to a crowd of 7K people, and their work with Barong Family label. Stay tuned for more new music from this ready-ready crew coming this year!

Barong Family Drops New EP + Brings The Party To Coronavirus Affected Fans In Asia

Barong Family Drops New EP + Brings The Party To Coronavirus Affected Fans In Asia
The Barong Family‘s crew just released their new EP ‘Barong Family – Hard in Bangkok Pt. 1’ a four-track release consisting of new music from the label’s prodigy artists Crisis Era, Rawtek, Sihk, Stoltenhoff, Radical Redemption, and Nonsens, in addition to Yellow Claw‘s last month’s release “Supernoize” with Juyen Sebulba featuring RayRay. The EP serves as a prelude to label’s full length 20-track “Hard In Bangkok” album dropping on March 27. Yellow Claw and their Barong Family’s appeal goes beyond their meticulous production and rage-ready sound. The attention to their fans through gestures like this one is what truly sets them apart from the crowd, and they aren’t about to let coronavirus keep their fans from having a great time. Amid the worldwide concern about the virus, many of their fans in Asia are quarantined and unable to leave their homes to attend shows, so the Dutch duo broadcasted a live set from their home studio in Bali on the Chinese social media platform Huya. The almost 2-hour long show attracted 2.2 million viewers who went wild, commenting on the platform that they were hosting viewing parties in their homes while under quarantine.
